This 4 Days classic Tanzania wildlife safari takes you to the northern circuit of Tanzania where you will be able to explore Tarangire’s ecosystem in the Manyara region which consists of wonderful scenic baobab trees, a birders paradise well known for its vast population of wildlife especially the African elephants and Ngorongoro conservation area in northern Tanzania which is one of the world’s largest inactive and unfilled volcanic caldera.
Ngorongoro conservation area is famously referred to as Africa’s Garden of Eden due to its splendid natural beauty and high concentration of both wildlife and bird species. These are excellent safari destinations worth visiting while on an African safari.

Depending on your arrival time at Arusha Airport (ARK) in Tanzania, your safari driver will be there at the airport to pick you up and transfer you to your booked hotel in Tarangire national park for dinner and overnight. Upon arrival at the hotel, you will check-in, freshen up, have lunch, and later in the afternoon go for a nature walk alongside your guides in the savannah plains of Tarangire national park where you will enjoy the park’s beautiful scenery and wildlife. Return to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
After breakfast at the hotel, your driver will pick you up and take you on a thrilling game drive in the open savannah plains of Tarangire national park. You will have a wonderful game spotting experience as you explore the park’s wildlife and primate species including Herds of African Elephants, lions, leopards, cheetahs, caracal, honey badger, waterbuck, giraffe, impala, eland, Grant’s gazelle, vervet monkey, banded mongoose, olive baboon, and many more animals. Return to the lodge for your lunch break and relaxation. Later in the late afternoon, go for birding in the hills, swampy floodplains, as well as the woodlands of the park which hosts a variety of bird species including Yellow, necked, spurfowl, Northern white-crowned shrike, White-faced whistling duck, Red-billed hornbill, Pygmy falcon, African marsh harrier, Woodland kingfisher, Black-headed heron. After bird watching, retire to the hotel for dinner and rest.
Immediately after your early morning meal, check out of the hotel and meet your safari driver to transfer you to the Ngorongoro conservation area famously known as Africa’s Garden of Eden and well known for its high concentration of wildlife and its exceptional natural beauty. When you arrive at the hotel, lunch will be served after checking in your rooms, and later go for birding in the highlands and crater in Ngorongoro where you will have a thrilling bird-watching experience and will be able to spot a variety of bird species including Lesser Kestrel, Pallid Harrier, Montagu’s Harrier, European Swallow, Caspian Lapwing, and European Bee-eater, among others. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.
After your morning breakfast, check out of the lodge with your belongings and packed lunch to meet with your driver who will take you for an early morning game drive in Ngorongoro crater for a wonderful game-viewing experience this will offer you an opportunity of spotting a variety of wildlife species including the unique Ngorongoro lions, Elephants, elands, hartebeests, the endangered rhinos, zebras, wildebeest and many more. After the game drive, you will have a lunch break and proceed with your journey to the Airport or hotel.
